Overview:

MCA Reds are our longest running product second only to the Gold Series. Whilst traditionally they are recognised for their performance and flexibility in tarmac based motorsports, their valving and springs can also be tailored to suit comfort based street use, or anything in between. The MCA Reds are currently the suspension of choice for a number of control racing categories both in Australia and overseas as well as featuring on our own lap record holding Time Attack Toyota 86.

Comparisons:

MCA Pro Comfort / Pro Sport <-> Reds

The main difference between MCA Reds and the two other MCA offerings is that the MCA Reds are a tailored package. This means that rather than having a predetermined valving and spring rate, the valving and springs are chosen specifically for each customers unique requirements.

MCA/Voston <-> Other Brands

There are a number of differences between MCA/Voston products and other brands around these price points. One of the main ones being our extensive Platinum Warranty program which offers and extreme amount of extra support and warranty coverage. The way our products are designed, where instead of using “base height adjustment” we use critical length technology which is the same as what other established, high end brands use such as Ohlins and Penske. The design and product setup is also 100% determined by MCA Suspension experience, knowledge, testing and development in Australia and is not copied off of other existing products like many other brands at this price point. In the case specifically for MCAs, these products are also 100% assembled to order in Australia, internals, not just externals. Plus the Reds are also tailor made to the customers requirements. Both Vostons and MCA products are 100% serviceable, repairable and upgradable meaning that the product can last the life of the vehicle or longer, and be upgraded/modified to suit different requirements if needed.

MCA Suspension Spring Options Guide

Preset Springs: These would be the correct springs in most cases. They are the springs we have chosen for this product. If your intended use is similar to this products’ description and suitable applications, then these are the ones to choose

Custom Springs - MCA Decides: If you think you might need something different to the Preset springs, but aren’t sure exactly what to get. Just use the below text fields to explain what you’re after and we will decide the springs for you.

NOTE: Just so you’re aware, you aren’t locked into what you decide today. Springs are a relatively easy/economical thing to change in the future. We only charge $50 per spring for MCA customers if you wish to purchase different springs in the future. We can also help you decide what springs you need based on the difference you’re trying to achieve. The suspension doesn’t need to be sent back to us to be swapped over.
